A. You must be 16+ or have a parent permission.
B. I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable with the character or client.
C. You must provide a shipping address.
D. When placing an order, you must provide a reference of your character(s) drawn on top of a SoftSoapFactory plush base. Use the base that correlates with the plush type you are interested in. Please draw the character exactly as you want the plush (facial expression, hair style, etc.)
E. If you are unable to provide a clear SoftSoapFactory plush reference, I am able to create one as a SEPARATE commission for $50 (per reference) .
F. You may provide additional images of your character(s) as reference.
A. Commissions are paid in USD
B. I operate through PayPal and Venmo. Please let me know which method works best for you.
C. Payment plans will only be accepted on commissions over $500 USD. Weekly/ monthly payments will be determined depending on the overall cost of the commission.
D. At least 50% or more must be paid before I will add you to the Trello queue. THIS WILL SECURE YOUR SLOT IN QUEUE.
E. I ask that the rest of the payment is fulfilled within 3 months after the initial payment. If this requirement is not met you will be refunded and taken off the Trello.
F. When it is your turn in queue and the plush is not 100% paid off, your project will be set aside until fully paid. After the final payment I will start production.
G. The plush will NOT be made/ shipped until payment is complete.
A. You must fill out the QUOTE FORM and provide all details for your character/ plush. I will then email a response with a quote/ price for your plush.
B. If you decide to move forward with the commission, you will then fill out the COMMISSION FORM and provide the quote given, this way I know you are serious about wanting to commission me and not just window shopping.
C. IF YOU ARE SELECTED, at least 50% must be paid to secure your spot on my Trello page. I will begin working on your commission when it is your turn in the queue line and the plush is 100% paid.
D. Plush must be 100% paid before I start working on it.
E. Your order will be completed within 1-2 weeks after officially starting. It mainly depends on how much detail your character has, if I need to order supplies, and communication with the client. This time does not include shipping/ waiting in the queue. WAITING IN QUEUE CAN TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS.
F. I will stay in contact with the client until the plush is complete. Messages will be sent through DMs or email, whichever works best for you.
G. You may contact me at any point and ask for an update on the status of your plush.
H. If I have any questions, I will halt production until they are answered.
I. I will provide photo updates any time progress is made on the plush.
J. Feel free to make suggestions. I want to make sure this plush is to your liking.
A. Let me know ASAP if any part of your character changes.
B. Alterations can be made with no additional fees if caught early enough. (Example: Changing colors of a material)
C. If a part is already made and you wish to change it, there will be an additional fee. (Example: Clothing is already made but you want a different outfit or you want a different facial expression.)
D. Last second additions that are NOT on the reference sheet may result in additional fees (such as adding clothing, wings, changing material etc.)
A. Shipping is paid in USD
B. I ship worldwide but cannot guarantee when plush will be delivered if you are outside the US.
C. Shipping will be an additional fee on top of the commission price. Prices will vary depending on commission type and destination.
D. Shipping within the US is typically 2-3 day priority unless specified otherwise.
E. I will require extra information if you are outside the US such as full name, email, phone number, etc.
A. You will be notified of any breach in contract if/when it occurs, in which we may discuss consequences. B. Refund Policy
1. Full refund may be given if commission has not been started..
2. 50% refund may be given if embroidery files are made but not yet used.
3. No refund will be given after embroidery and sewing has begun.
4. You must contact me to request a refund. If you use Paypal’s chargeback system, you automatically lose your right to a refund and will not receive your plush.
C. If you file a chargeback against me, you will lose all rights to your commission. I will no longer do business with you and you will be banned from all commission types I may offer in the future.. Filing a chargeback without warning will be taken seriously and I will not accept work from you in the future. Only commission me if you have the funds.
